This provides opportunity for teachers to network from across a range of schools. The network encourages teachers to use the institute as a drop-in center, to use the facilities to meet and to discuss issues to set up small research projects and to provide outreach services to teachers and students located in more remote areas in Indonesia.

 The objectives are:

• To respond positively to the policy of the government in the educational field
• To discuss new matters in the educational field
• To think of new ideas that can be applied in the school
• To discuss new knowledge that is presented by the teacher's peer or the educator from local and foreign
• To exchange experiences of classroom best practices 
• To exchange thoughts concerning the exact teaching methods
• To exchange thoughts in the matter of pupil management in the school, especially pupils with special needs
