6.  Master Teachers

     A 'Train-the-Trainer' module developed to enable local teachers to work with their colleagues to implement

     improved teaching and learning practice

     Provide expert support and input to the development of new schools, and/or school improvement

     Provision of programs and support for donors who are committed to improving the quality of basic education in

     various locations across Indonesia

9.  Conference and Forums

     Special event to enable educators from across the nation to meet, consider and discuss emerging issues

10. Leadership Development Program

      Designed for principals and aspiring principals to develop the necessary skills to run a successful school. This

      program involves ten days of workshops over an eight - to ten - month period

11. Educator Sharing Network

      A regular fortnightly gathering of principals and teachers to discuss current issues and trends in education

12. Teacher Education Program

      An intensive one-year study course to equip undergraduate degree (S1) holders in their study to become 

      primary and secondary school teachers that posses the knowledge, skills and moral fiber of qualified

      educators
